Privacy

The short version: this tool scans a URL you give it and shows you a score. It collects as little as possible, doesn't sell anything to anyone, and doesn't run advertising trackers.
What gets collected
- The URL you scan. It's stored so the scan can run and, if you unlock a full report, so it can be shown back to you later.
- Your email address — but only if you unlock a report or start a subscription. It's used to send you the link to your report, and for subscriptions, to sign you in. Free scans never ask for it.
- A one-way hash of your IP address. This is used only to limit free scans to five an hour, so the tool doesn't get abused. It's hashed before it's stored — the raw IP address is never kept.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch this tool or its database. You can read how Stripe handles data in their privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy.
Signing in
There are no passwords here. If you pay for a report or subscribe, you get in by clicking a link sent to your email. A subscription keeps a small session so you stay signed in to your dashboard — nothing more than that.
How long things are kept
Scans and reports are kept while the tool needs them to work. If you'd like your data removed, get in touch and it'll be sorted.
Who it's shared with
No one, beyond the services that make the tool run — Stripe for payments, and the hosting and database provider. Your data isn't sold, and it isn't used for advertising.
