It covers both free and paid features, including free scans, full unlocked reports, Basic and Ultimate plan tools, Cloudflare Agent Readiness checks, referral and affiliate programme features, and any guides or resources published on the platform.

Unless explicitly stated in writing, the information, scores, and recommendations we provide are for general information and educational purposes only and are not intended to constitute:

4. Nature of Scan Results, Scores, and Limitations

Our scanning tools assess a submitted domain or URL against a defined set of technical checks at a specific point in time. In using our platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Snapshot in time: Scores and reports reflect the state of your site at the moment of scanning. Results may change if your site, DNS configuration, or third-party platform behaviour changes afterward.
  • No guarantee of outcomes: We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in increased visibility, citations, rankings, referral traffic, or commercial outcomes in any AI system or search engine.
  • Third-party AI platforms are outside our control: Whether and how your site is referenced, cited, or surfaced by third-party AI systems (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, or any other AI assistant or search engine) is determined entirely by those third parties. Their algorithms, indexing behaviour, and inclusion criteria may change at any time without notice, and are entirely outside our control or influence.
  • Emerging and evolving standards: Some checks — particularly those relating to AI agent protocols, agent-to-agent discovery, and machine-commerce standards (Level 3 and Level 4 checks) — reflect emerging, evolving technical standards that may change, be superseded, or be adopted differently across the industry over time.
  • Automated assessment limitations: Our checks are automated and may not detect every relevant technical factor, misconfiguration, or platform-specific nuance affecting your site's AI or search visibility.
  • Cloudflare-dependent features: Certain checks and recommendations are only fully actionable, or only produce live/instant results, where your domain is hosted or managed on Cloudflare DNS. Where this is not the case, guidance provided is informational only.

We take reasonable care to ensure that the information, scoring logic, and checks we publish are accurate and up to date at the time of publishing, but we cannot guarantee that all content, scores, or recommendations will always remain current, complete, or error-free.

Our platform integrates with, links to, or relies upon third-party services, including but not limited to payment processing (Stripe), authentication and account management (Clerk/Supabase), content and knowledge management (Notion), hosting, DNS, and edge security (Cloudflare), analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console), email marketing (Mailchimp), form and survey tools (Tally, Typeform), and third-party AI model providers used to power scanning and reporting features.

We are not responsible for:

  • The content, accuracy, availability, or continued operation of third-party sites, platforms, or AI systems.
  • Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, third-party services.
  • The data protection or security practices of third parties.

7. Affiliate, Referral, and Commission Disclosures

  • In-app referral programme: Users may earn points, credits, or discounts for referring other users, subject to the specific terms, caps, and eligibility rules of the programme at the time, which may be amended or withdrawn at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we exclude all liability for:

  • Losses arising from the actions, inactions, or policy changes of third-party AI platforms, search engines, or service providers referenced or integrated with our platform.
  • Indirect, consequential, or special damages.
  • Loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, traffic, rankings, or anticipated savings.

Our total aggregate liability in connection with any content, scan, report, or feature is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to access that specific report, feature, or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this Disclaimer Statement limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All original content on our platform — including text, scoring methodology, report design, graphics, brand assets, and downloadable resources — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use our free resources and reports for your own personal or internal business purposes, but you may not republish, resell, or redistribute our content, scoring methodology, or reports as your own without our prior written consent.
